About Elliott Block Company

Elliott Block Co. is a family owned business that has been serving the building industry since 1946. Fred J. Elliott, with the support of Velma L. Elliott, started the business after World War II as the post war building boom was getting started. Fred handmade the original concrete block molds in his own shop. As the business prospered, additional land and automated equipment were acquired.

Today the business is managed by the second generation of the Elliott Family. On twelve acres of property, the production facilities consist of two concrete block making production lines. Concrete batching and color metering are all computer controlled, permitting the plant to produce consistently high quality products. We offer a complete line of precision, slump and split face concrete block for use in residential and commercial projects. We are the Southern California Licensee for Versa-Lok Retaining Wall Systems.

We are open to the public and are happy to serve homeowners, professional masons, and contractors alike. Located in San Bernardino, Elliott Block Co., can easily service projects in the Inland Empire and all of Southern California.
